Hardee's

I ordered the Frisco Burger low carb combo. I had to wait on the fries which I did not mind because they were hot. The young lady who took my order was very nice and kept me informed about my order. The burger however, was dry extra dry! No mayonnaise was on the burger and the patties were old. While waiting for my food I went to the restroom to wash my hands but no one has checked the bathroom in hours because there were papers towels falling out of the trash can and onto the floor.

​I should have known better when they told me to pull up and wait. Usually, that means you're getting fresh food, but apparently, at this Hardee’s, it means they need extra time to find the most burnt apple pie in the building. ​The pie I was served was a total disaster—dry, overcooked, and basically inedible. To make matters worse, the shake was lumpy and wasn't even blended properly. It’s insulting to make a customer sit in the parking lot only to bring out food that looks like it should have been trashed an hour ago. ​If you value your time or your taste buds, stay away. Between the lumpy shakes and the burnt pies, this place is a total waste of money.

My food was made fresh and tased great. There was almost no wait even ordering when I arrived. The restaurant and bathroom was clean. The parking lot had room for trucks which is definitely a plus as well. Friendly and fast service and great tasting breakfast.

Ordered a breakfast bacon platter this morning and received burnt, chopped bacon that was inedible. When I asked for a replacement, I was given more of the same. I then requested sausage instead, which was cold. While the food was being bagged, I overheard staff sounding upset and cursing because I did not want the burnt bacon. I ended up throwing the food away and taking the loss. Very disappointing experience. Decided not to call and contact management, because the woman bagging the food appeared to be the manager. The nasty attitudes seems to be condoned.

As I pulled in to the parking lot a vehicle was pulling out and almost hit my car racing the motor, I assume that this person didn’t like wasting his time just as I do not . I pulled up to the drive-through 5:45 Am , the only person in line ahead of me told me he had already ordered online and they told him that they were backed up. He pulled up , I pulled up to place an order They told me they weren’t ready yet , at 5:45 AM. They open at 5 AM There were only couple of cars parked at the entrance. I asked the person if they were open they said “ we’re not ready yet” Very rude manner. this is the second time this has happened in a week will not be going back. If I owned this business this person would not have a job. Thank you
