⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars — Outstanding Service! I had a great experience at the Hardee’s in Oliver Springs. Kelly gave amazing customer service she was friendly, welcoming, and made sure my order was perfect. The food was fresh and came out fast, but Kelly’s attitude is what really stood out. Thank you, Kelly, for making my morning better! The service was quick but the order wasn't correct. The sweet tea was like water and the toppings requested were missing. No mayonnaise, lettuce, tomatoes and barely and onion. The staff was nice until approached about the issue.

Yesterday, on CHRISTmas DAY! 🎅 I ordered 10 biscuits for me and my whole family! 😽 Mitchell the nice young man at the front counter rang me up, I could tell he was feeling the holiday cheer with his funny shirt on lol! 🎄🎄🎄. Everyone working was so polite and fast; Amanda, Aaliyah, and John to be exact. When I got the biscuits home everyone enjoyed their fresh breakfast. Very good job, and I’ll be back soon with another large order. Happy Holidays 🎉🎁🎄🎅🤶

This is the 1st time in years since I have gotten food from here. The last time I was here I went inside to order and a worker was nasty and dirty and passed out from some kind of substance in the dining room. Fast forward to today I didn’t want to go to oak ridge so i decided I would order in the app and try it out again. I arrived 5 mins till the time they told me to arrive and they already had my food ready for me. The staff was extremely friendly and nice and the food was good too kudos to the managers and the workers that’s making these improvements because it was a completely different experience this time I was fairly impressed and I will definitely be back I am happy that there is actually a good place to get food that’s not expensive in Oliver Springs and I don’t have to go to oak

Don’t order anything from here, don’t order delivery don’t order pick up. The food? Not really that bad IF you can get it in the first place. It doesn’t matter if you have. $13 dollar order or a $50 dollar order. They will mess even your simplest order up and do we really pay for people to get it wrong THIS many times. I don’t ever leave reviews but this is 100% necessary. This place needs to be shut down, turn back down the highway to the back way and go straight to the Hardee’s in Clinton it’ll save you your time, money, food, energy, and you can have faith the people there working actually care about their job and if they do it right the FIRST time.
