Hardee's

Note: This is likely only the second time in my life I've ever requested a refund. The food is usually pretty good. However, I had a very negative interaction with a manager named Beth on the evening of 11/8/25 at 4:27 PM. I politely asked for a refund, and she rolled her eyes, responded with "What's the problem?!" in a highly sarcastic tone, and made several rude remarks throughout. She refused the refund, stating, "I can't do a refund—Hardee's is picky about it, and I'd have to call my GM." In the end, I received my food and it was decent, but the customer service was unacceptable. This marks the second time this year I've experienced something like this at this Hardee's location.

Came through the drive thru on Dec. 26th an person working the window was not friendly at all, an when she handed the food out the window she said " you have to be shitting me" .. I don't appreciate that at all an I felt like it was directed towards me an my passenger.. therefore I will not be returning to the Hardee's in Norton Virginia..

First time eating here and they messed up my order had to get that straightened out without any problems. Food was not fixed right and they were not hot. We wont b eating here no more.

I normally have good experiences here, but tonight was very disappointing. My order was missing an item, and when I went back, the employee was very sarcastic and acted like I was lying. On top of that, the chicken sandwich I ordered was rock hard, and the chili on my husband’s hot dogs was so old it had hardened. Sadly, we won’t be coming back after this. P. S. the only reason I gave the service a 2 is because they did at least replace the missing item

Place was clean and calm. Gavin was the absolute sweetest cashier. Our breakfast was fantastic and the service was nothing short of it as well. He’s got a fabulous attitude. 🫶
