Bad Customer Service, Bad Attitude Today, I stopped by this location to get something to eat before I got home. I ordered a Monster Burger Combo with a sweet tea. Please see the photo of my receipt. After I paid for my order, the manager asked me to drive forward because my order was not ready and I complied. Not long afterwards, someone brought my order to me but did not have the sweet tea I ordered. I asked her where my tea was and was told that all I ordered was a burger and she told me to back my car up so I could get my tea. She then turned and walked away. I was not about to back my car in the drive thru to get something that should have been handed to me when she handed me my food. No customer service what so ever. Waited at the speaker in the drive through for eight minutes and no acknowledgment. I thought maybe it’s broken. Went in snide, five minutes at the counter no acknowledgment either, if another customer hadn’t said good morning to me I was thinking I’m invisible. Kitchen looked disastrous, drive through was working but the guy just was taking his time even greeting people. Terrible location, I just wanted a biscuit, not worth it. Manager or GM was there seeing all this then he just left and told the see you all later. Really??? You see the chaos and you don’t step in? Went through the drive thru. Paid $10.50 for a 5 piece tender meal. When I went to eat there were no sauces, no salt, no ketchup and no napkins. Do you have to ask for everything? Staff seemed to be more interested in discussing their personal lives. Food was barely warm. Not recommended!!

Never had an issue until I ordered through door dash. They had no condiments, soda tasted like crap, they did not season my fries. Disappointed would not doordash here again unless I can check my food

What u see is what u get. The 'wrap' is a too big piece of nugget in a tiny tortilla with three shavings of cheese and two pieces of lettuce. NOTHING like what u see on TV. However, it was hot and fresh and filled my needs since I was hungry.
