Hardee's

The man at the window was very nice but I was in the drive-thru for 20 minutes!!!! I don't know what the issue is but maybe it's that this restaurant is not staffed enough. The cheeseburger did not even taste fresh and the wrapper it came in smelled weird. The fries were delicious though.

I’m very disappointed. I was excited to try Hardee’s breakfast, it was Christmas Eve. I was the winner of free cheese. I don’t eat cheese. I was at work, so I couldn’t run back and get it fixed. They said the next time to let them know. I finally had the time and went today. I had to pay for them to give me the food I originally ordered. I was treated with attitude and rudeness and horrible customer service. After paying for a breakfast sandwich twice, I finally got one I could eat. Food was good! It’s just sad it took me a fight and being treated poorly to be able to experience Hardee’s breakfast.

The gentleman that the window was very polite. The food was fresh and the hot ham sandwich I ordered looked and tasted amazing. The presentation was perfect. I've visited other Hardee's and they would ALWAYS just slapped my sandwich together, almost impossible to eat without having to fix it. All the ham would be on one side of the bun. You get it. Great job Middletown Hardee's!!

Burger tastes like seasoning and pickle. No beef flavor. French fries 🍟 had too much seasoning.

I really love this Hardee's. The staff is so nice and welcoming, the food is always good, and there is always a friendly atmosphere in the dining area. It makes you feel like you grew up with this people and lived there all your life. And this is every time I go there.
