Almost perfect! Forgot to include dipping sauces in sealed online order bag. 11/9/25 new order No super star with no pickles. Big burger with extra pickles instead. No double big burger. Mushroom Swiss instead. Got the kids meal right.

Traveling thru and stopped in Franklinton, NC. The facility was very clean. Greeted by Terri and Kemoni who were super polite and provided great customer service. I had the #5 bacon burger and it was fantastic. Highly recommend stopping here!

Our cashier, Pam aka" Lovely", was absolutely amazing! She had a smile on her face, suggested the most for the money, and pleasant to talk to. She is what the world needs more of!

Ordered a 5 piece chicken strips and got the smallest I've ever seen. And of course I'm still hungry. Highly unsatisfied.

Stood at the counter watching an employee sit on a stool on the other side scrolling on the phone. Someone from the back eventually helped. The food was burnt and dry and ended up just throwing it away due to the taste and how hard it was to chew. I understand if it's not the job you want, but it's the one you have.
