Atlantic Prime Coastal Kitchen

We’ve visited this restaurant several times, but this evening was especially memorable as we celebrated my birthday with appetizers. The atmosphere is always a highlight—the music creates a wonderful coastal vibe that pairs perfectly with the décor, and the lighting is warm and inviting. I grew up loving crab cakes, and this one was truly exceptional—easily one of the best I’ve ever had. I also enjoyed the shrimp cocktail, and the shrimp were impressively large, which pleasantly surprised both my husband and me. It’s clear the restaurant puts great care into their recipes: each sauce was thoughtfully crafted and distinct, even down to the arugula being lightly tossed in its own sauce. Everything was absolutely amazing, and we’ll definitely be back.

What a fabulous decision it was to come here for our Anniversary dinner!! We were greeted at the door with smiles, quickly seated and within a minute met our server, Tiffany - who was an absolute sweetheart. We ordered the arugula salad to share and it was delish! I had the grilled grouper with coconut rice, plantains, and mango salsa setup - it was cooked PERFECTLY, flavors were fantastic however I realized how much better this dish would’ve been with the blackened redfish. Guess I’ll have to come back and try it again. Hubby had the blackened fish sandwich with fries, that he said are the best he’s ever had. The saffron and pesto aiolis complemented the fries perfectly. Overall we had a wonderful experience and there is no doubt my mind we will be back again soon. Thanks again, Tiffany -

What a great dinner and environment for my wife’s birthday celebration. The town of Franklinton now features two quality eateries, Franco’s for steaks and Atlantic Prime Coastal Kitchen for seafood. Our visit to Atlantic Prime showed us that great food in a nice environment is still possible. When you combine that with awesome service, diners get to experience what “good looks like.” A final shout out to our server Amanda. That lady really hustled to ensure we had a nice night.

Exceptional Coastal Dining in Franklinton! We are so happy to have discovered Atlantic Prime—it’s clear that immense care goes into every detail here. From the chic coastal ambiance to the top-tier service, it’s a standout addition to the area. The Service: Truly exceptional. Our server, Tiffany, was amazingly personable and perfectly intuitive, knowing exactly when to check in. The manager also visited our table twice, a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. Drink Highlight: If you love passion fruit, you must try the Sinking Ship cocktail (Cruzan Rum, passion fruit, lime, agave, cilantro, and cayenne). It is wonderfully balanced with just the right amount of zest. Food Standouts: Calamari: Light, crispy, and "cloud-like." Octopus: A perfect Mediterranean bite when paired

Once again, our wife and I dined at Atlantic prime coastal kitchen, and it has become our absolute favorite seafood restaurant. We were fortunate enough to have our favorite server Alexis help us once again. We started off with the Florida style fish dip, which has become our number one go to. We will eventually try another appetizer, but this one is just too good not to get. My entrée was the grilled grouper delicious with every bite. The wife had shrimp and grits.. We have had this dish all over the world and this is the finest we’ve ever encountered! For dessert, we chose the Tres Leche, which was so good. We devoured it as soon as it was set on the table.
