Hardee's

Nasty place, rude employees, manager dgaf. Ordered at 11:44 didn't get food til 12:15, not busy at all, somehow I got egg in 2 out of 3 burgers ordered and no one cared. Not sure what was on the fries, but they were cold and practically inedible. Everyone that came after us got served before us, nothing custom or complicated ordered, 10/10 don't recommend.

Service was terrible. We get our food, my daughter asks for no cheese and they put a sticker on the wrapper but giver her a burger with cheese still. My other daughter gets her burger with 2 bottom buns and and looks a nasty mess, and mine looks like it’s a day okd, hard and soggy. Everything was cold and disgusting. Complete and utter waste of a drive and money. Never go here. 🤮

This was hands down one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. The double cheeseburgers were old, hard, and cold. The fries? Same story, cold and stale. It’s clear no one cared what they were serving. On top of that, they left my order open in the app so I couldn’t even complain or get the store number. It feels like they’re dodging accountability. This was at the 9300 Fountain Dr, Disputanta, VA location. I won’t waste my money here again.

Terrible location, food and service. I walked in and 3 employees walked around pretending not to see me for a few minutes until eventually someone took my order. They didn't have 2 of the 3 items I wanted, apple turnover and flour tortillas for wrap. Then when I got my combo it was in less than 2 minutes wait (less time than needed to make fries) and the fries have clearly been sitting for an hour at least. They're lazy, try to shut down early, hope you'll leave and not come back. They make patties and fries to sit for hours then shut down the fryers/grills and serve ppl old fries and patties until close. It was still 1 hour til close.

Absolutely disgusting location. I came in here this morning (November 30, 2025) with my parents. We’ve never been to a Hardee’s before but we decided to give it a try. Immediately upon walking in, no one was at the register and we saw no one on the line working. We stood there for several minutes before a girl came out to take our order, there was an older gentleman in the back working with the food and I watched him scratch his beard with his bare hand and then resume working on the food. There was also greasy napkins and dirty smears of oil ALL over the floor, and not just in the kitchen. At this point we had already payed for the food, so we asked for a refund immediately. The girl at the counter said “we don’t give refunds” and then walked away. We stood there for several more minutes
