Hardee's

UPDATE - clicked the link provided by the management below and basically got a request to basically send my review along with pictures. I did and have heard nothing since. No surprise..what could they say or do to make the below experience right? GAWD AWFUL. On a trip and stopped for two sausage and egg biscuitsl. The picture tells the story. Both the sausage was burnt to where the sausage was as tough as rubber. The eggs were hard on the edges - both over cooked. The actual biscuit tasted fresh. Let’s move to the bathroom - the female as my TRIED to use it. Toilet was full so she tried to flush it (before using) and the handle was broke. Trash everywhere. I ordered the number 1 with a large drink. After I paid for my order and drove down the road. I looked at the receipt, and it said, medium drink. What I clearly stated was large. Also the hamburger was a little on the cool side. Usually, this place is pretty good, But this time not so good.

There was someone's FALSE NAIL in my aunts sandwich. This is disgusting and abhorrent service. Whoever made the egg and cheese biscuit for order ID #22518433851446 for Drive thru, needs to be reprihanded. Me and my family are loyal customers of Hardee's, and this experience has truly dampened our spirits. Also ruined our camping breakfast as we were too nauseous to continue eating.

We go there to for breakfast and all we have is attitude every time and burnt biscuits it has went downhill so bad and for the lady who had the attitude with me that's how you lose business and you probably don't own the business therefore you should probably treat their business a little more friendly I need a picture of your biscuit ordered three meals and got one pack of jelly and wouldn't give me any more. UPDATE: They do not care. The auto responses are the same for good and bad reviews. Obviously you're okay with your managers being incompetent and talking to the staff like dogs.
