Hardee's

Smashed burger. I reckon they got a panini press back there somewhere.. Old dark greasy fries that tasted nasty. The staff was friendly and nice enough. There is no salt or pepper in the condiment section and they had none behind the counter. And there is a huge puddle near the Coke machine. I don't know if the machine itself is leaking or the rain is coming in somehow but there was nobody attempting to clean it up.

I really loved coming here service was good the people were good, I didnt have any issues. Now all I have are issues but tonight was the topping on the cake. I ordered online like I always do it was around d 7pm I get there about 7:15pm and I see a bag sitting at pick up with no receipt no name and looks like it's been put thru a terrible ordeal. Turns out it's my food I checked it fries were cold but the sandwiches were ok. I also had a vanilla shake which was no where. And the young lady who's running the front I tell her this I sit and wait 15 min for her to bring me a runny nasty looking chocolate shake and I tell her it's wrong and she questioned me as if I was wrong. Then I wait another 15 min for her to come back and tell me she has to wait for the ice cream to thaw. WHAT!!! At this

I go through the drive through each morning for my same order. Kira, the assistant manager, is a true blessing and treats customers like family. She knows my order when she hears my voice. She is always cheerful and it keeps me coming back for business. The food is good, but it sometimes seems that the morning crew is understaffed. If there are more than a few customers, you may be waiting a bit. Sincerely, Cheese Biscuit

I am done with this location, inconsistent with food quality & order correctness. Today was last straw, I ordered the #6 combo link sausage split with egg and cheese also a patty sausage egg and cheese. Checked my order and both were patty sausage. Went back to counter. Manager asked for one back( I have handled this food) he did not throw it away he put it back on the line. That is just unsanitary to say the least. And to really top it off my biscuit that was just made was cold. What is going on here???

Ordered the frisco burger combo with no tomatoes. & unfortunately the burger still had tomatoes on it. It was rung in correctly on the receipt so the cook obviously wasn’t paying attention. Yet I was the only car in the drive thru so there was no rush, just lack of attention to important details.
