Hardee's

I forgot to order my biscuit “on light” when I placed my order. When I asked if it were too late the manager said “No” and made sure it was the perfect shade of gold.

They are awesome. Very attentive customer service! They see & acknowledge you're standing there . They update you on your order progress & they don't get an attitude if you ask a question.

My sister and I went through the Drive Thru at the Burgaw Hardees this morning and would like to give a shout out to Adrian! He was working the Drive Through window and was just the nicest young man - so polite and pleasant! Thank you Adrian! Keep up the good work!

Food is good when they get the order right, biggest problem with this place is the drive thru wait. Always have you pull the vehicle up or park to the side. Never go here if you’re remotely in a hurry.

The servers were friendly and hospitable. They greeted each guest with a warm welcoming smile. They were very accommodating to the changes to the order graciously. Their food prep was quick and correct. The restaurant dining area was clean and orderly with the drink station appropriately stocked.
