Hardee's

We stopped in at around 1130 on Sat, 1/17 and what we had was one of the worst meals I have ever had in my life. I ordered a handbreaded chicken combo with curly fries and my mom had a chicken strip combo. My curly fries were half regular fries and half regular fries that were clearly not fresh. My chicken on my sandwich was like rubber. Same problem. My moms chicken strips were like rubber too. The only good thing was my moms fries and the fact we got our food really quick, though i think i know why it was quick, based on the state of our food. Having worked at Hardees years ago, I think we got the fries left in the bottom of the frier bin and they either were too lazy to make a new batch, or they had a new batch cooking and they didnt want to wait for those to finish, even though the fry

Need to train the employees on how to make burritos. Cheese wasn't melted at all, it was good otherwise but cold cheese is very off-putting.

Dont fall for their omelette biscuit, all you will get is a grease biscuit with cheese and scramble eggs, zero meat inside, way different than advertised, ....the most expensive combo on breakfast menu, and its knock off, very disappointed after comforting them and they argue back that its the right one.....never coming here

Great customer service! Monster Burger was great. Happy to see they had curly fries! Unfornately they were a bit dry. Hubby enjoyed his tacos. Will return....😊

We came through on Thanksgiving shortly before closing Angie was superior when taking our special order she didn't miss a thing. And the cook Jeff made it all the way we requested it was a perfect meal for a traveling family. Keep it up guys you made our day
