Hard Water Lounge

We had such a great experience at Hard Water Lounge in Crosby! We were on vacation with our family for a winter getaway and this spot was such a highlight of our trip. The atmosphere is incredibly cool — relaxed vibes with moody lighting, but still an element of elegance that makes it feel special. It’s the perfect mix of laid-back and upscale. We loved the variety of cocktails to try, and every single one went down smooth. They have one of the best espresso martinis I’ve had, and the s’mores smoked drink was such a fun experience — not just for the presentation, but it tasted amazing too. What a cool joint. The place was popping when we arrived. We snuck a spot into a booth, sharing with some friendly strangers. The cocktails (and mocktails!) are super interesting. We got the Gingerbread Sour and the Smoky S'more and they were a delight. A perfectly creamy sour with hints of holiday festivity and a chocolatey treat with deep smoky flavors. I always love visiting cocktail bars that have a lot of personality and put thoughtful effort into their offerings. I loved this place and would recommend anyone to visit.

Fun place to hang out in town! We tried and enjoyed two cocktails; Ode to the Island and one of bourbon dessert drinks. There was popcorn to munch on and good music. The perfect cozy atmosphere to sit and chat or play a game.

Hard Water lounge has many higher end Kentucky whiskeys that are only available via lottery at a very affordable price per pour. I was lucky enough to try Weller C.Y.P.B which is one that I’ve tried. Our waitress was incredibly attentive and allowed my partner and I to savor the moment and talk for over an hour without rushing us. The Alaskan Margarita and smoke old fashioned cocktails were also phenomenal. I’d be here 3 nights a week if it was closer to where I lived and wasn’t just up here for vacation

I enjoy Hard Water lounge not only for the friendly atmosphere with all the amazing customers but with the bartenders! I have NEVER been disappointed. Such unique drinks and happy to take drink recommendations!
