Hard Rock Cafe

First off I would like to say thank you so much to the wait staff you took such good care of us. we came in on Monday 2/23, which was the day after the blizzard and the Hard Rock Cafe was one of the few restaurants that were open. there was very few waiters which makes sense because of the storm. but even the few of them they were so helpful, fast, and made sure we had what we needed. I got the chicken fajitas, and my grandmother got the salmon which were both so good and exceeded our expectations. and not to forget the huge brownie sundae which was huge and so good. i would definitely recommend if you are staying at foxwoods or visiting. i would definitely come here and we can’t wait to come back! Thank you again to the Wait Staff!!!

I visited the place as my family with kids was staying nearby at the Great Wolf Lodge (GWL). This Hard Rock Cafe is a quick 5min walk from the GWL. Walkable even during the winter. There is a walkway with pedestrian markings to Foxwoods and half of the time you will be indoors. They have kids menu, chicken tenders, fries, all that kiddie stuff. Overall, better tasting options than the GWL food. Of course, it's pricey but that's what it is. Great change of pace from the dining menu at the GWL. Also free parking lot at the Rainmaker Garage.

Classic Hard Rock vibe with music memorabilia everywhere, a buzzing bar, and plenty of big screens showing the games. The atmosphere is exactly what you’d expect — lively, fun, and full of energy. The wings were absolutely outstanding — smoky, perfectly cooked, and easily one of the best things we tried. Definitely a must-order. The nachos were good, but a bit disappointing in terms of toppings — light on the cheese and extras, which made them feel a little skimpy compared to what Hard Rock usually delivers. Service was friendly, and the space itself is impressive, with high ceilings and walls full of music history. One of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time ! First it started with the waitress taking almost 10 mins to greet our table (let me clarify the restaurant was not packed. I would say moderately busy at best.) When asked what we would like for drinks my son asked for a chocolate milk which we were informed that they don’t have ? Weird because a table across from us had three children sitting at it, two of which had chocolate milk. So my son politely picked a strawberry lemonade which then took another 20 mins to receive along with the water I ordered and the glass of wine my mother had been recommended to pair well with her dinner. A dinner that caused a 45 min wait for the rest of us to receive our dinner only to find out that it wasn’t even supposed to be offered as a dinner option

Two of us ordered burgers which came very overcooked. The amount of fries provided were skimpy. Two of us had bloody Mary’s which neither of them liked. Bartender though was very helpful with my Unity Card.
