Harborline Hotel Rockland, ME

Air conditioner was not working. A newly remodeled room yet very dirty bathroom shower stall was not clean and around the bottom of toilet had urine around it. Showed the manager. He switched us to another room which ruined our view of the water front across the street…to a view of a back parking lot with no deck which we paid extra for in our other room. I go to use the bathroom in our new room and same dirty bottom of the shower stall and urine at the base of the toilet. My girlfriend actually went out in the hall and asked cleaning lady to borrow cleaner and a cloth and cleaned it herself. She also got the manager again and showed him this room had same issues but the air conditioner was ice cold so we opted to stay in the room any way. We had a nice king size bed yet 3 small pillows…

I stayed here for two nights while I was at a tournament in Rockland. The location is amazing, right on the water. I can walk right outside to the boardwalk and it’s a beautiful view. It’s a really beautiful walk in the morning or evening. The room had a patio where I could sit and work with some fresh air. The room was also exceptionally clean. I think it’s a very good value for the price.

I will NOT recommend this hotel. Things appeared tidy at first, but I found hair and tissue in the shower area and on the carpet by the bed and there was mold on the base molding in and around shower. When I unrolled what was supposed to be a clean towel, I found something black all over one side as if it had been used to clean the floor, so I used it to block the light from the two inch gap under the door. The'ocean view' was actually a view of the back parking lot and the dumpster. On our second night there was a very bright floodlight right outside the balcony door which had only PARTIAL curtains. The pillows weren't comfortable AT ALL. The bathroom offered almost NO space for toiletries. Breakfast was a joke! Three small round tables with eight chairs crammed around them for the entir

if I could load pictures it explained it all this place was a disaster from the start got into the elevator. It dropped down about 3 inches before it went up got to our level put the pin number into the door. Enter the door had a strong odor of dirtiness looked around the place real quick there was blood in bathroom, Bedroom, on nightstand on the mirror went to the front desk, explained it to the employee. They said they could check us into Another room. I Denied their offer as I had two young kids with My wife and I when I talked the front desk person about the room they said clearly this room was unturned to me. I said if that was the case then why is The bed made and all the towels with soap rolled up neatly. This room was definitely turned and ready for someone to rent this dirty. I am

We got a lovely room with a view of the bay. We were only there for a night on our way home from Acadia. This hotel had everything we needed from a clean run, comfy bed, wonderful shower, a fridge for our drinks and snacks, and laundry facilities to make packing easier. The location was great as we could walk to shops, restaurants, and or taverns. The staff was absolutely amazing from Shannon at the front desk to the room attendants! We would definitely stay here again 💖
