Happy Hollow Bakery. We visited on Friday on a whim and thank god it was open.(only open Fri, Sat 8-5 the sign says) Lots of delicious goods and inexpensive. It was worth the drive!
Open on Fridays and Saturdays only, but Happy Hollow Bakery has the best donuts! They use coconut oil for frying and it gives them a unique flavor. Prefer here over the larger more popular bakery. This place deserves more good reviews!
Love the chocolate cover peanuts!
If you are in the area on a Friday or Saturday definitely worth a stop.
We go there often and have enjoyed it very much. Our favorites include the cashew brittle, sea salt caramels, wheat bread, bacon cheese bread, pecan rolls, cinnamon rolls, and more.
