In the nicest way possible this is the W O R S T Chinese place in berks county from the food to the service from the man behind the counter… I’ve tried and tried to give this place chances but I will NEVER eat food from this place again or support them with my money. PLEASE find Chinese food else where for your own sake
Happy garden? not really. The food sucks and the owner has a Bad attitude. when I told you the order was wrong, you screeched something at me in Chinese. right back at you, egg drop.
Best Chinese food around. Always nice and quick service. Can’t imagine going anywhere else.
We live 3 miles from the Happy Garden. I go there, pick out our two dishes on their menu, pick it up and drive home all under 1/2 hr. Consistently good food. Always eat half for dinner and half for lunch the next day. $12 per person for each dish plus white rice. I always get hot & spicy chicken, my wife gets chicken with mixed vegetables.
Didn’t give me what I ordered. I called, he hung up on me. Food tasted okay. I wanted chicken lo mein and he gave me chicken chow mein. So I paid more and didn’t get what I wanted. Now I have a large container of Chinese I don’t want. Not friendly at all either. Just under $20 too. Never again.
