Wawa

Wawa coffee used to be great. I am a customer of Wawa for over 23 years. I no longer will shop in Wawa. Coffee is inconsistent, never the same taste twice and always with grains on the bottom of the cup and the coffee has a burnt taste. I find this to be happening at all the stores. This particular store I was in yesterday and bought some sweet treats with the coffee. Devil Dogs were mold infested. I didn't find out until I already ate the first package. Fresh date was the 19 of August. yesterday was the 27th of August. Always fresh they say. I call BS on that. WAWA JUST LOST A 23 year customer. Hello Sheetz.

For how busy this place is, the bathroom is entirely too small, they're always super disgusting every time I stop here, and they play music in the bathroom as well which is fine but it's way too loud. Also, why is there a trash can but no paper towels? there a massive echo and all they have is an insanely noisy air dryer for your hands and it doesn't do diddly squat. The food is the only thing good about this place, and even then it's not as good as Sheetz or Rutter's

I ordered a hoagie from this WAWA this morning and I was absolutely disgusted when it arrived and had what appears to be chewed up and semi chewed up potato chips spit on to the sandwich. I reached out to Wawa directly and they forwarded me to DoorDash because the order was placed through them and delivered to me at work. I was really hoping to speak to Wawa directly so they could look at the cameras but they had no interest and transferred me to DoorDash.

Well lit and clean but limited services later in the evening. Self service checkout only which does not accept rewards or coupons. Many made to order food items it of stock but staff tried hard to substitute it refund missing items to customers.
