Customer Reviews
I got the barbqtery board (3 ribs, pulled pork, smoked sausage, turkey, chicken thigh, brisket), and each of the meats were delicious and seasoned perfectly. They have 4 homemade bottled sauces at every table, and each sauce is great.
The Mac n cheese was dry. The burnt end baked beans had great flavor, but I kept having to take hard pieces of bay leaf out of my mouth. Pulled pork was OK. Nothing spectacular for the price. I would choose a different BBQ place next time in Columbus.
“Yankees are in for good meal” Said from the mouth of a souther born and breed. From the actual said Yankee. “The Mac and cheese was cheesy , sticky and a lot. The meat was smoked perfectly and the potatoes were pretty dang good!” It’s worth a visit alone for the friendly bartender or bingo on Sundays. We will be going back!
Our waitress Terry was great. She made the night. Between us we had pulled pork, brisket, both sausages, and the giant salad. The cheddar jalapeño link was the best! Fries were perfect and great Cole slaw. One thing. My southern barbecue always came with a slice or two of white bread. For the price I think it could be thrown in, but if not offer it on the menu. Can’t wait to go back. We were ages 2-66. Everyone had a good time !
The low review is solely for the quality of the food. the staff were polite and nice enough. The bottles of sauce were so dried you couldn't squirt them, as though they had never been cleaned before. The brisket was overly dry, but was for sure the most tolerable portion of the items. The 'baked beans' are not at all. they are more akin to a bean soup or stew, and were underwhelming. the mac and cheese was not even Kraft box grade. it was uncoated, under cooked, and the pasta itself lacked any kind of flavor. it was actually like chewing warm firm distilled water chunks. The pulled pork, well, I didn't bother taking it home to feed to the animals. we can just leave it at that. and that would be my general recommendation, leave them right there. alone. and find yourself somewhere that is mo
