Hangry Joe's Dover Hot Chicken & Wings

This place was delicious! I had the Spicy soy garlic Korean chicken combo and it was sooo yummy and the perfect amount of spice! I also tried the banana pudding for dessert which was also delicious and very reasonably priced for the portions you get!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hangry Joe’s absolutely nailed it! The hot chicken was perfectly juicy with the right amount of heat crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. The cider slaw balanced it out beautifully fresh, tangy, and just the right crunch. Every bite hit that perfect sweet-spicy combo. Can’t wait to go back!

From start to finish, our visit to the Dover Hangry Joe’s was nothing short of frustrating. 1. Terrible customer service. The staff made it very clear they didn’t want to be there—let alone talk to customers. Every interaction felt like we were bothering them just by ordering food. 2. Basic order mishandled. We ordered three loaded fries. My sister specifically said no cheese (she doesn’t eat dairy), and we asked for extra sauce. The lady at the counter didn’t give us the extra sauce until I had to repeat myself three times, just to get what we paid for. 3. Major mistake and no accountability. Despite being clear about the no-cheese request, they served my sister’s fries with cheese anyway. When I asked for a replacement, they made us wait an entire hour—meanwhile, the rest of our food

OMG! My sandwich was off the chain delicious. My first visit went smooth and the food was so so so good, I didn’t even want to share with my hubby. My second visit, I wish I would’ve call in my order because it almost caused me to miss my Greyhound bus, I think they need more workers in the Dover Location. When I finally was able to eat my sandwich from that night, all was well. Please don’t ever foul up and change the recipe!!!! I wish, I had a photo to share, I ate to fast. 😄😄😄😄

Walked in, music, blaring, no employee to be found. Called out a few times and finally someone appeared. Got our order, headed to the car to munch while we drove. First bite of chicken, hair embedded in the seasoning and breading. Toss that one aside and attempted the others, bc we were ‘sat one,’ definitely nasty. Fries were soggy, nothing of quality to report. Definitely overpriced. Especially for the hair in the breading and seasoning in the chicken tender. No napkins, no silverware, no condiments, nothing. Definitely will not go back again. Disgusting
