Hana Japanese Bistro

Comfortable spot for decent to good sushi and reasonable prices on everything. Servers are friendly and helpful but service is very chaotic and disorganized. On my last visit, multiple people tried to take drink orders and seemed confused about who was responsible for the various tables. It can take awhile to be seated because everyone is rushing around so much. Overall not a bad spot but only because I don't mind a little chaos. I would choose another spot if I were trying to impress someone or if I were with a high maintenance group.

We hadn't been to Hana in awhile. Everything was fresh and delicious. The yellow tail carpacio with truffle was as excellent as we remembered. The spicy tuna roll, shrimp tempura roll, and every other roll we had were as good as any we've had, for literally half the price as the best boulder sushi spots. Service was great. Booth atmosphere is nice. We will return soon!

The lighting doesn't do the photos justice, but it was amazing. Both presentation and taste were phenomenal. Loved the food and the atmosphere. A nice date location or a fun place for a get together amongst family. The prices were decent for a sushi based meal, came out to roughly $20/person.

Our favorite sushi restaurant in Colorado, Eric and his team consistently serve excellent dishes, both hot and cold. The calamari is the best we've had. We often order the Supreme Sushi Sashimi combo and I have uni for dessert.
