Hampton House

I accidentally booked one night at this supposed "hotel" through Expedia. After realizing it was a private residence, bed and breakfast type, I wanted to cancel because I wanted an actual hotel room. This place refused to refund and kept my $138. Duped and robbed. Stay away from this private home masquerading as a hotel. Shame on you Laura and your scam.

Booked room to attend my mothers funeral services. My sister and husband who reside in Grand Rapids wanted to be in the same place as me. She called and spoke with the owners. Afterwards she decided she did not want to share a home with the resident present during this remorseful time. She booked a house where we could all stay in privately. The reservation wasn’t even twenty four hours old and the Hampton House refused to refund my money even though the reservation wasn’t for another three weeks. Poor excuse for a business. I will be contacting the chamber of commerce.

Super clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Super fast check in.

I had no idea that this was a house, not a hotel and the house is not even up the code when I took a shower the water started dripping through their ceiling and they blamed me for it
