This place was the bomb and as a Texas girl it’s really hard to find good Mexican food in the Midwest. First things first I love the vibe of the restaurant with the regional Mexican music playing - plus one of my favorite songs by Carin Leon came on. So bonus points there for the enjoyment. I got tacos de Birria, Al Pastor, And compechano (More bonus points for having compechano tacos). These a la cart (street taco style) were huge. I could barely finish three. They were so flavorful and melted in my mouth And I could tell that good quality meat was used! Also, the hot chili Verde salsa was so good, hot enough for my high tolerance but not ruin your pallet. Place is very clean and a good vibes. The worker was very kind and helpful if you had any questions. All the food I had with my dad was delicious! My only complaint was the water tasted a little weird.

THE best authentic tacos I’ve ever had! I got the tacos à la carte. 1 el pastor and 1 pollo asada and it was incredible! Generous amount of meat and the meat had so much flavor. It comes with chips and 3 different sauces (2 hot and 1 mild) all for $8.50. Must try!

I ordered a burrito bowl type dish. It came out very quickly. The portion size is great for the price AND it was so delicious. Lady at the front was so kind. She gave me multiple sauces to try with my chips
