Outstanding Service That Elevates an Already Excellent Meal If you’re looking for a place where great food meets truly exceptional service, Hamaru delivers on both fronts. The food was fantastic, fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. Every dish arrived exactly as it should, well-timed and beautifully presented. Food was delicious. It was super busy so it was just a bit of wait on service but they were all kind and making sure we were good at each point of service.

Good place for ramen and sushi. But service can be slow. Tonkatsu ramen was good and the spicy tuna hand roll was excellent.

This place is my new favorite place in Killeen, Texas. Food was delicious and we had outstanding service. Some of the food dishes were enough for two people to eat which is perfect if you like to try multiple things and share. This place is truly amazing for the area and location. I really enjoyed how they had a variety of foods from sushi to soups. This is a must try if you're ever in this area. The only downfall I would say is seating. But they do have single seating bar type eating areas.

I absolutely adore this place. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is small but cozy and doesnt feel cramped. However, my favorite thing about this place is the customer experience. I spilled the last couple of inches of a boba tea I ordered (earl Grey milk tea with brown sugar boba) and even though I told them I didn't need a replacement they made me a fresh one, and since it was near the end of my meal, they put it in a Togo cup for me. I've been here a few times, and have brought friends, but they have earned a customer for as long as I live around here. Absolutely amazing customer service.
