This food truck is Puerto Rican through and through — and 100% Gringo-friendly. Don’t let the Spanish fool you. They speak English, they’re welcoming, and they make sure you’re taken care of. No language barrier, no stress — just ridiculously good food. Will follow this trailer anywhere! I had the Pollotrami (yes, chicken and pastrami — and yes, it’s incredible). My husband had the Tripleta, stacked with flavor and gone in minutes. These sandwiches don’t play around. Service? Friendly and fast. Food? Fire. The only thing missing was a walk along La Guancha to burn off the damage — but that’s how you know it was worth it. Don’t overlook this truck. Don’t overthink it. Just go. We tried the Tripleta, it was very tasty and warm, it made me feel like I was back in the island. The customer service was exceptional. Thank you so much! Also the Guanabana and Tamarindo juices are delicious, very refreshing.

Hands down, the best conch sandwich I've ever had! The flavors are out of this world; crispy, tender, perfectly seasoned. It genuinely transports me straight to Puerto Rico with every bite. The sandwiches were ok but the service was really great. The person who made our order was really nice. I have to say is that we ordered a Monte Crisco and what I received was more like a sandwich because it didn't have the traditional monte Crisco bread it was more so just like regular sandwich bread. I was more so expecting the French toast like breading.
