Excellent ice cream, poor customer service. The gentleman behind the counter rushed my order to be checked out. My boyfriend wasn't done ordering but was pressured to get a single scoop, I guess because it was busy, and I was pressured into paying for an order I didn't plan to pay for. I work in customer service and think it's just proper customer service to wait for the whole party to complete their order and move to the register before checking out. Highly disappointed, I don't plant on returning due to this lack of customer care even at busier times.

Fast service, generous serving sizes, good prices, cool environment, and you’re supporting a small business! I had the birthday cake and cookie dough in a waffle cone and it was fresh and delicious. My dog loved the dog cake!

Spent about $95 on 2 ice cream cakes. They were good… but it was just a sheet of ice cream… I was expecting it to be a little bit “fancier” for that price with some sort of filling inside like “traditional” ice cream cake does… I havnt cut into the small one so maybe that one does… I am disappointed in my purchase and won’t be buying “cake” here again.

Best ice cream in the area. 20+people in line and we waited maybe 8 minutes. Unlike an unnamed tourist spot in Gettysburg where you could wait 20 or more minutes for your chance to even see the counter. Great service and so many chooses of ice cream its hard to make a decision. This was not our first time and for sure will not be our last time. We love seeing the seasonal or specialty flavors. I try to get out of my comfort zone and try them. Sweet Heat is one of my favorites. Update 9/8/22 Had the cinnamon roll ice cream and it was amazing. Update 7/19/23 Christmas in July and I finally had the hot chocolate ice cream. Pretty good. Get there before they end July Christmas.

My wife and I love visiting from out of town but it appears lately there are some weird customer service standards that have been put in place. Definitely comes off as fake and that the workers are getting pushed on speed rather than actual quality service. Very off putting.
