⭐ 1 Star I paid $21.98 for a “Double Char with Cheese” and asked for it WELL DONE — this is what they’re calling well done now? Pink, undercooked, rubbery, and processed. The texture was awful, nothing like a real burger. For this price, it’s a joke and honestly unsafe. 👉 Management: retrain your kitchen staff to follow cooking instructions and check orders before serving. If you can’t get a simple well-done burger right, you’re going to keep losing customers.

The burger, the onion rings and the fries was good but the chicken nuggets was terrible. It was overcooked and had so much coating

First time visiting and was expecting so much more. When I stopped there I downloaded the app which was SUPPOSED to give me a Charburger on the house when I bought a drink, it didn't even though I set it up as instructed. OK- so I can get past that if the food is as expected- however- the burger I ordered was the Charburger with cheese- it came with a GREAT tasting order of fries, and the burger was good, everything was fresh, but it didn't taste like it was off a Chargrill- tasted more like it was flat grilled or maybe even steamed- no Char taste at all- will I spend the money again- probably not

I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because I work near by and it’s the closest food place but this is the 3rd time I've found hair in my food. Definitely not mine first time it was bright red hair, second time black hair and this time gray/black hair….. it’s time for some hair nets..
