Habit Burger & Grill

This is one of my favorite spots to get dinner on my way home. Ordering online and swing by to get my bag of goodies is so easy and the food is great.

Our order had to be corrected twice, we still received the wrong fries side. We also weren't given our receipt. We also found a small piece of metal in our food. Don't eat here, they're so neglectful it's dangerous!

We visited today and ordered the kids’ burger, but unfortunately, it had a strange bounce to it, which was very disappointing. We chose to dine here because they were open, but the food quality was not acceptable. I really hope they improve their standards and serve fresher, higher-quality meals, especially for children.

6/10/23: Both burgers we ordered online were made incorrectly. One of the burgers was literally wet. I couldn't believe how bad they were. Like, someone had to try to make them that bad. The fries were all cold and it was an overall very poor experience. I called the store and was unable to get anyone on the phone. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. UPDATE 6/16/23: I still have not received a refund after emailing, leaving a voicemail, filling out forms, and leaving this review. I just got an email now, to Mr. Ricardo. This is actually the worst customer service I have ever experienced. UPDATE 6/28/23: I finally received a refund. It had to become my full time job getting anyone to respond. I can not believe what a terribly run company this is.

Great food and the service was fast and friendly. It was nice going through all fast food drive through and getting restaurant quality food with a variety of items that were unique and not your usual "fast food" selections. Prices were a bit higher but we'll worth it.
