H-E-B Curbside Pickup & Grocery Delivery

Just got my groceries delivered and my grapes was not looking so good….wow. I thought as much in the morning H-E-B would have fresh looking grapes. Just to go with my breakfast….Never again will my groceries gets delivered. Will be getting the curbside pickup and to make sure to check my grocery bags. What happened H-E-B because you guys always be on your A games.

This is great service! Saves time (usually an hour or more) and money since I'm not tempted to buy things which are not on my list. Staff is usually very friendly and quick to bring out my order, ask where to place groceries in the vehicle and careful not to damage any items. Always happy with this service!

I don't know if it's because it's close to Baylor University or because it's in Waco but the H-E-B in Waco on valley Mills is absolutely the most unhelpful unfriendly H-E-B I have shopped in. I had my prescriptions transferred from the one in bellmead to the one on valley Mills and I'm not exaggerating when I went to go pick up a prescription it was almost like they looked me up and down and I wasn't dressed in my finest attire and they just treated me with no respect at all. And as soon as I got home I called the one in Belle Meade and have my prescriptions transferred back over there to them cuz I'd rather go a little bit further and get friendly service throughout the whole store then to go to that store and get treated like I'm a second class citizen.

HEB did a great job with my order. They were extremely busy taking care of all their coustomers. We pulled into our spot and returned their text that gave them our name & order number, they responded with our groceries within 5 to 6 minutes.

Maria is really kind and super helpful! She just made my day so much better, thank you! Maria represents HEB so well, the same happy experience shown in their commercials! It's like she was born with outstanding customer service skills! Why shop anywhere else?
