We are a family owned business from Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco. We have seafood cocktails, ceviche, and our most beloved Jalisco hot plates. We even have tacos, tortas, burritos and burgers for those who don't like seafood.

Some of the best ceviche and augachile I've had in Texas! Large portions for the price considering you might get a martini glass worth at other locations in Waco for the same price. White food truck next to the chevron. Will be going back!
Please don’t sleep on this food truck. I had The best shrimp ceviche and the service was ohhh so lovely. Definitely will be coming back to try something else.

This is some of the best fish ever!!!! Just the right amount of heat!
Came in right after they closed and did not know about the place until I passed by, we asked if they were still open and the owner said we were just closing but we can still make you anything that we wanted, I got the shrimp and octopus aguachile and was really good, I will be coming back to try the rest of the food 👍
