H-E-B Bakery

Ordered a large fresh fruit tray. Included watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple, strawberries, grapes, honeydew. Yogurt dressing in the middle. Only 39.00 and more than served 50 people. Very good. Will definitely order again. Great customer service.

While shopping in the store, I made a special trip back to get a king cake. I got one with the pineapple filling label. The next morning when I went into the cake, I discovered that there was absolutely no filling in the cake. The cake was good, but could’ve been fantastic Had they put the filling in it. The people at the store were nice about it and they offered to exchange it, but I had finished 3/4 of the cake (cake was excellent) but I’m not going to waste my time opening another cake just to discover that I was disappointed again. I’ll try Kroger and if that doesn’t work, I’ll go to one of the online King cake bakers.
