H-E-B Bakery

I went in to order my cake a week in advance. Everyone was very nice and helpful. While putting in my order they worked with me well and seemed to take my requests seriously. I signed off on everything, but noticed that the ELITE icing was selected for my icing when I got home. I called back to see if it could be fixed and the guy on the phone was nice about it...or so I thought. I told him I wanted real whipped cream instead of the ELITE. And he said that the elite was whipped icing. I repeated that I wanted whipped cream and he again assured me that the elite was what I wanted. I just trusted that he knew what he was talking about. Fast forward- a week later is my daughters first birthday and when I pick up my cupcakes and the fuchsia color I requested was more of a maroon color

I just love shopping here. At the bakery I ordered a super Mario brothers birthday cake for my 55 yr son it was a little pricey but it was delicious half chocolate and half vanilla.

Very high quality cake at reasonable price. This small place was packed on a Sunday afternoon.

They make great birthday cakes.
