Guadalajara Mexican Grill

The ratings do not lie. The food is low key bussing and meets a high standard. The looks are deceiving but the quality is insane. The serving staff are very quick, like can't go go through a conversation without them coming back with food fast. Brother, you have to stop here just for there pico de gallo. Its so good it's funny. We ordered enchiladas Verdes and chicken fajitas. Absolutely amazing. Worth the stop between Austin and El Paso. Just WOW.

This is the Mexican restaurant experience I was hoping for! Great service, great food, great decor! Our service was great and the food came quickly! I got the taco/enchilada combo, she got the fajita. Both were wonderful. Highly recommend.

Food was great! Been here several times & its always been good. I recomend Carne asada, burritos de guisado so good & the Horchata water is really good too. Give it a try.

Oh man, I stopped here on a motorcycle trip and had the Carne Asada plate. Every bit of food was on point and delicious. I don't even usually like the ranchero beans, and these were so tasty that I ate them all. I can't say enough about the quality of the food. Top it off with the fact that the portions were perfect and the price was reasonable, makes me wish I lived closer. One last note, the folks working there were also top-notch taking care of me during my visit.

Incredible! Extremely nice staff and insane wait times, my family of 6 ordered and received our food in minutes! The Al pastor was cooked beautifully, the Carne asada was amazing, the beans and rice were awesome and the chips were great. Food was piping hot and exquisite. Note: we got corn tortillas for our tacos and they were massive! I thought the price was a little high for 1 taco but those were absolutely huge.
