We purchased a brand new GTI open case fridge less than 2 years ago for close to $10,000. Since then we’ve had ongoing different issues with it. We service repair from the company for the first year and since then we continue having problems. Now we are having a massive issue with a gas leak and a fan problem which is going to cost us a fortune and the company does not wanna pay for it because it’s past the warranty. We would not recommend buying anything from such a company that wouldn’t pay past the warranty when we had continuous issues the first year. Maple Pharmacy

Worst company ever. Gelato cases are JUNK. One year warranty. Two gelato cases have been nothing short of a nightmare for us. Yesterday the compressor blew. Melted everything. It’s been 18 months. Waste of $15,000! Customer service obsolete.

Having done a couple of projects with GTI Designs we have been very happy with them - everyone from the design team, through the project management and install team were great to work with - projects delivered on time and on budget. Bought a number of pieces of Carpigiani equipment also to make ice cream and had nothing but success with the equipment and service. Professional services and company, very knowledgeable.

They really need to take a class on how to make freezers. They have the worst display freezers on the market.
