Maria's Pizza & Bistro

Maria’s Pizza Bistro is close to my job and I wanted to try a slice of pizza! The slice was great and the service was quick as it wasn’t very busy, I think overall the space could be a bit more appealing but overall it’s a good spot for a quick bite! *Also the music was wild, like the not clean version of very inappropriate songs lol! Change that! 😆😊😳 I will go again and try other options as the menu seems very good! 🍕

The meat lovers pizza was absolutely delicious. From the dough, to the sauce, quality of the meats. I could tell this pizza's going to be different just by the smell! Chicken Marsala: pizza was amazing! Savory and delicious, different not something you see often at a pizzeria. Maria's Special: cup and char pepperoni, vodka sauce, fresh mozzarella and Greek honey. It was very delicious, not too sweet from the honey and the pepperoni add a little spice to it as well.

I have to admit. I was a bit underwhelmed by the food here. The rating was very high and i expected better. I got the chicken pesto with pasta. Definitely was not great and halfway through my meal i ended up chewing on a strip of tin foil that was in the food. I thought that the chicken was cut too small and overall it was missing something, flavor wise. I also ordered some sauteed spinach. It was so unbelievably salty i couldnt eat it. Im sensitive to salt, so it probably was stronger tasting to me than most, but it was definitely too much. I tried a slice of cheese pizza as well. It wasnt my favorite style of pizza but it was pretty good. The crust was crispy on the bottom and the tomato flavor was good. I had two chicken slices buffalo and thai .OH boy first of all the dough is nice and crispy . the chicken taste good and fresh not stale like other places. Every time im around there i get my slices.

Disgusting. Had 3 bites of cheese pizza could not continue eating. Felt sick to my stomach. Soggy, cheese is gross. Basically no crust. All cheese so each bite youre chewing a gross tasting ball of cheese that you can barely swallow. Heartburn alert. Place is also not the cleanest and all the slices look real old. Never again.
