Ground & Pound Coffee

A fun name for a fun little coffee shop. It’s an extremely cozy and chill atmosphere, with indoor and outdoor seating. But they not only have coffee, also cocktails. Some coffee-based cocktails too, for whatever way you’re feeling. I got a mocha and it was good, sweet and what I wanted. They have some movie/entertainment memorabilia all around too which is fun. If you wanted a good shop where you can sit for a while and do work or hang out, this is one of those places.

Stopped in for the first time today and the coffee was great. I was surprised to find out they also offer alcoholic beverages and food as well as live entertainment and music throughout the week. The staff was nice and cheerful which was great since I'm eeffoc before I've had my coffee and jet lag had me about 5 hours behind. Thanks for the great pick me up and getting my day going.

I usually visit at least once a week. The staff here is amazing and it's just a really nice spot to hang out. The coffee is good but sometimes the food is a miss (either not seasoned well or comes out really slow if they're busy). But overall I would recommend. I've only gone to their music night once but I really enjoyed myself. The place isn't very big so the performance felt very personal. Everyone was listening and engaged which is the opposite of the typical "person in the corner" background music you get elsewhere.

Great place for coffee tea and it booze. I went with the cold sport tea and it was very refreshing. My spouse went next door to Bruster's for ice cream ;-) everyone was happy.

I LOVED this place. Today was my first time at this coffee shop and it was around 5 pm and surprisingly empty. I work at a cafe and I have gone to MANY coffee shops within peachtree, Duluth, Norcross, Athens you name it but this is now one of my favorite coffee shops I’ve ever been to. I got the lucky charm latte (yum) and an almond croissant which was very soft and fresh(which is rare for most coffee shops nowadays). They have a lot of options and the staff there is very friendly. I also had the pleasure of talking to the musician that was practicing at the time and 2 other staff members as well everyone was very funny, welcoming and kind. Although I just stopped by for a small amount of time it was a very impactful experience. I will definitely be coming back. ☕️☕️☕️
