My favorite place in town to shop. They know how to treat people. Not many places in Cali seems to have the best customer service and this town and no exception. Seems management at this location knows how to do things since their employees know how to deal with people. Kudos for standing about the rest and being a discount store!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I just want to say that Kawika and Peyton are awesome employees! I really appreciate their kindness and honesty. I had lost $175—$100 in cash and a $75 check. It must’ve fallen out of my pocket when I pulled out my phone. I was sure it was gone for good, especially the cash. My wife decided to ask just in case—and to our surprise, they had found it and turned it in. It’s so refreshing to meet honest, hard-working young men. That’s rare these days. The money was actually a graduation gift for my son, which makes it even more meaningful. I’ve really come to love this store since the new owners took over. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the produce is fresh. It’s a great place to shop!

Staff are friendly and they always have some interesting odd and ends. Sometimes you find something that you have never seen. Keep an eye out though as occasionally they may have missed a price tag or two and end up with 2 different prices for the same items.

This Grocery Outlet in Susanville CA is a nice store. It is clean and well stocked shelves.

Easily my favorite spot to shop. Prices are solid, staff is always friendly & willing to help, and the inventory changes, so there’s always something new to check out. They’ve got a great selection of healthy stuff too, and the produce is always fresh. Honestly just a solid store all around.
