Grizzly's Wood-Fired Grill

We ate at Grizzly’s for a family outing. It had been a while since we had been there, so we decided to check it out. I ordered the brisket stroganoff and my fiancé ordered the quarter chicken with ribs platter with elote corn, corn bread and honey butter, baked beans and coleslaw. The restaurant was very busy and was a bit loud. It took a while for the food to come out, but again, it was busy. They did miss bringing out the ribs for the platter but corrected the receipt at the end of the meal. The food was delicious and fresh, and we are definitely putting Grizzly’s back into rotation as one of our favs!

Walleye fingers were perfect. Ribeye was perfect! Staff were great! Matt was my waiter and he was great!! Zero complaints!!

The steak had great flavor and a nice sear on the outside, but it was a little tougher than I expected. The garlic toast was warm and crispy, and the hush puppies were decent, though slightly dry. Overall, the meal was filling and tasted good, but nothing really stood out as exceptional. Not a bad experience, just not one that blew me away. I’d consider coming back, but I might try something different next time.

I have been coming here mostly for lunches with friends over the years. Tonight, my hubby and I came in for date night. The service is always fantastic and my favorite bartender Alicia was working tonight. I know how much I enjoy this place but while waiting for our meal, on a Wednesday night, it seemed she knew everyone here. If she didn’t, you’d a fooled me but the point is, she makes everyone feel that way. I’ve always enjoyed coming here, the food and the service. You all deserved this review years ago from me. Thanks for the excellent service, great food and fun!

Casual bar, cheese curds were ok, mac and cheese was good, brisket was a little lack luster. Staff was super nice and answered our dumb questions about St. Cloud. That being said, the hoisin sauce on the ahi tuna bites was a little weird, it didn't really match the flavor profile and definitely overpowered everything.
