Grizzly Roadhouse B & B

I've had the delight of staying at Grizzly Roadhouse numerous times over the past. Although I have a place in summit County Grizzly Roadhouse is a genuine unique Colorado experience that can't be missed. Michelle is an amazing host and over the years she has become a dear friend. If I could give 10 stars it would be 11. One visit and you will be thinking about NEXT time !!

We had peaceful and relaxing stay in Michele's two wonderful, spacious cottages. Michelle's amazing attention to detail is very apparent. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything from spices to sandwich bags for your hikes in Mesa Verde. The well appointed kitchen made it very easy to cook dinner for ourselves in the evenings rather than having to try to find somewhere decent to eat out. Michelle is a delightful person, and we very much enjoyed meeting her. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful, cozy cottages nestled in a charming area. Michelle is an exceptional host — warm, attentive, and welcoming. The two-bedroom cottage was spotless, beautifully decorated with art, and featured comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The patios were perfect for relaxing at any time of day. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay!

We stayed at, Deerhaven, a two bedroom cottage. It has a good sized, well stocked kitchen, big bathroom, also well stocked and good sized bedrooms! The beds were very comfortable! Beautiful stained glass windows throughout! Very clean!! Michelle was a very welcoming host and we loved her property! She's an amazing woman! 20 minute drive to the Mesa Verde entrance! So glad we stayed here instead of a hotel!!!

I only hesitate to write this review, because this place is such an amazing hidden gem- that I’m not sure I want to share! 😆 Ms. Eagle has literally thought of every detail and comfort that you didn’t even think of, that’s already taken care of. If anything is needed, it’s addressed immediately. This is a level of hospitality that is too rare these days, and 100% genuine on her part. You can clearly feel that she sincerely enjoys providing her guests with their ideal experience. The location is perfect, only <10 min away from the town center (I prefer that), on a gorgeous, large natural property that’s available for guests to explore and enjoy.
