Customer Reviews
It was a good dining experience. Food delivery to the table felt a bit chaotic, pizza coming first and salad later. Also we felt that the pizza could have been cooked for tad bit longer as the center of the pizza was not crispy and was soggy. One of the order for our table was no mushroom, but it felt like it had extra mushrooms. But overall still very good and tasty pizza and we would for sure go back again.
Great pizza selection. All pizzas and salads can be customized to your liking. Not a great place to watch a game as there are not many TVs. My husband and son got The Don and they said it was very good. I got a seasonal salad with the black cherry vinaigrette and candied pecans. So good! Wine selection is good, but they were out of every wine I wanted. Overall we were satisfied with our meal and will visit again.
The smaller pizza is a gluten free pizza and my wife really enjoyed it. The larger pizza is the 18" inch "The Don" and I added spinach and it was very good. Both have lasted a couple of days. The Italian Margaritas were quite refreshing.
Loved this place for pizza. They have the wood-fire baked pizzas which have the smoky flavor. Atmosphere wise is a really great place too.
So my wife and I moved to north Texas from the Boston area where we have plenty of amazing pizza shops that are local and chains that are amazing. Since moving down here we have struggled to find a good pizza joint like back home. All we really found was dominos that was good. But we just had our first baby very early in the morning on Sunday and we did not feel like cooking being new parents and we both decided to try the pizza hunt again. We had resulted to buying a pizza oven to make our own to satisfy our pizza cravings. We came across Grimaldi’s on our search and decided to give them a try. And they hit the mark!! They are so far the only restaurant down here that has pizza even remotely close to like home. The crust was cooked to perfection the cheese to sauce ratio was perfect, and
