Greenbean Coffee House

Greenbean Coffee used to be one of my favorite spots, but the quality has really gone downhill. The prices recently went up, yet the drinks have become inconsistent. I usually order frozen drinks, and lately they’ve been coming out chunky, icy, and poorly blended. It honestly feels like they’re using less polar powder or cutting corners on ingredients. If you’re going to raise prices, the product should improve—not get worse. Right now, it feels like customers are paying more for a drink that doesn’t taste the way it used to. I really hope they address this, because it used to be amazing!

I went in for a hot chai tea, but noticed they had some Wonderful breakfast sandwiches on the menu. I had a steak breakfast sandwich and it was wonderful. My chai tea was perfect. The staff was really friendly and extremely organized. I also bought a cinnamon roll for someone and they raved about how good it was. Had a great experience inside the restaurant. Later I went through the drive through and it was super busy. They have a two lane drive through and thought I was going to wait, but the line went quickly and my drink was ready for me as I drove up. Thank you for Delicious drinks, great food, great service, and a wonderful experience!

I tried the frozen pumpkin spice chai coffee and it was one of the best drinks I’ve ever had—absolutely delicious! I also ordered a BLTA and a vanilla cake pop, but both were a bit disappointing. The bacon on the BLTA seemed undercooked and could’ve been crispier, while the cake pop was doughy and had an odd taste. Drive thru was empty and two cars in the parking lot took 15 mins to make an apple cider and a Red Bull infusion. Service has always been poor everytime I come here. This is the last time... Places with much better service and that I would recommend over this place are The clay cup Street Side Coffee Trailer. Coffee on third St. All the places mentioned above have much better service than this place. Doesn't matter how good your coffee is if your service sucks. Also the second time they tell me one thing at the drive thru and hand me a different drink at the window.

The place was very nice. The food was hot and fresh. The Buffalo chicken Flatbread was very delicious and the turkey bacon Flatbread was flavorful. The staff was kind and very helpful. The only hitch we had is no one told us about are drinks being ready and we were missing our soup. But the staff quickly corrected it and will definitely be visiting again!
