Carmosino’s has become one of my go-to spots. Their pizza by the slice makes for a perfect lunch, but what really sets them apart is that they fry everything in beef tallow. That alone makes the fresh-cut fries worth the drive. And the chicken—fried in beef? Come on. The dry-rub wings with a side of Vinny sauce are outstanding. My wife swears by the steak salad, made with fresh, locally sourced beef (the same quality you’ll find in their burgers), topped with those irresistible fries. And if you’re looking to keep the vampires away, don’t skip the garlic knots. Breakfast might be the real sleeper hit here. It’s easily the best in town—thick yet fluffy pancakes and home fries that are a true delight to my palate. Carmosino’s just keeps getting it right.
Me and the wife tried this restaurant. It wasnt bad at all. The pizza, I got them in slices. They were good. The rest of the food was ok. The service was wonderful.
We found Carmosino's along our travel route and stopped here while traveling through the area. I would certainly stop again if the opportunity presented itself! Such friendly staff, cozy atmosphere and delicious food! I ordered their special food tonight, the lasagna, and it did not disappoint! With a piece big enough for two, it was more than generous.
I accidentaly posted my review on my other account so im reposting it on here. This place was way better than I expected, the people there were all really nice. their burgers are also really good and the bacon makes them a lot better. Their pizza is the best in the whole state in my opinion. we also got some chocolate peanut butter cake which was also amazing. Also the drinks took only 20 seconds to come somehow. I also just tried the chicken alfredo pizza they gave me and it was really good even though I don't like broccoli at all.
Stopped in for a couple slices on a Saturday morning. Ordered pepperoni slices. They take cheese slices and add toppings to them. Not my favorite approach but it is how you can sell slices in a more entree focused setting. My slices came hot and fresh. Cheese is soft and stretchy. Sauce is light and right. Pepperoni is undercooked with this slice format but I think it’s not a problem for whole pie orders. Folders will love this pizza. Super thin and floppy. I prefer a crispy thin crust. I hate droopy crust. But I didn’t hate this!!! Prices are from a better time. Slices are about $3 and my fountain drink was only $2!! The staff is friendly and experienced. Looking forward to trying more of the menu. People were still getting breakfast when I was there and it looked good.
