The service was outstanding! Food came out quickly. I got the shrimp and grits and the shrimp was cooked perfectly. It had a red sauce on top that gave it a good twist to a classic dish. My boyfriend got the Angry Bird dish (chicken and waffles). He really enjoyed it - chicken was cooked well, very crispy but juicy on the inside
Our visit this week was just as great as the last time. The host and manager accommodated our seating request at a busy time. Our server was on point throughout our meal. We dined at lunch and each of us loved our dish. My dining companion had a question about a sauce and the server checked with the kitchen to offer a safe option that worked for her perfectly. The location and atmosphere cannot be beat. It was a great spot on a sunny autumn afternoon. We'll be back.
We had a great dinner here on a birthday date! Trevor took great care of us, was quick to respond and gave his recommendations without being pushy. He also did a special cheesecake for my partner’s birthday (in exchange for a Google review). We started with the crab dip, which was fantastic but didn’t have an ideal bread-to-dip ratio, we ended up taking some dip home. For mains we got the Short-rib Risotto and Goat Cheese Gnocchi, both of which were very good, hearty, and comforting. The atmosphere grew on me as we were in there, it was simple but upscale without being too formal which we both appreciated. Overall a great night!
Went here for the first time recently — it took a while to be seated. Somehow a number of folks saw us but no one greeted us for some time. Table service was a lot better. We had ribs and a spicy chicken sandwich. Both were very saucy — a bit like drinking sauce with the ribs, and the chicken was a little dry and not at all spicy. The space is really loud and the sound kind of bounces off the walls making it hard to hear. Overall Id say our experience was okay and we'd consider trying this place again but it probably wouldn't be our top choice.
Super cute restaurant. We stopped in for a quick bit to eat. Had salads and the buffalo baby back ribs which were delicious. The Greek salad had an LOT of peppers and overwhelmed the salad a little. Our server was very attentive and made our experience great!! Would totally come back.
