Green Acres Motel

Green Acres Motel is a relic 1930s era motel providing rooms just large enough to fit a bed and your luggage in with a bathroom. Twenty years ago a friend of mine stayed here, it was $50 a night then. The room was clean, but it was clear many rooms were occupied by transient residents. The motel has fallen into disrepair since then, very obviously a motel that really only caters to transients and people with housing insecurity.

One of the workers here are very rude and threatens customers. Rooms very very small. Goes into rooms without notice. Mice problem.

I was at green acres motel in this month August 14. I booked one room for self and my wife for two days only. It was very good room with everything brand new.||Flat TV microwave and refrigerator.||Bathroom was very clean.||Office staff Mr sam is very nice and educated person. He always happy to take care of our needs .||Housekeeping staff is very cooperative and keeps respect of everybody.

Although this place won't win any kudos for luxury accomodations, it is convenient, and reasonably priced. It is also close to Atco Raceway and the Wharton State Forest.||||Hunters, campers, and racing enthusiasts who are going to Atco Raceway usually stay here. The rooms are OK; the place is very old, but if you don't care about "atmosphere" and want to save a few bucks, this is the place for you.||||The best part is that this place is DOG FRIENDLY, and there are always people here with a dog or two. The owner loves dogs and will welcome any dog who isn't aggressive. Plenty of space to play with your dog, and it is close to the Wharton Forest - a great place to take your doig for some exercize.

The rooms are very small. And it takes some time for the heat to warm up the room. If you REALLY need a place to crash then by all means cash there it's not expensive but I just didn't like how small the rooms were, and getting cold easily.
