Greek Cafe Grill

Vibe: Maybe it’s my heritage, but I was craving Greek food and decided to give Greek Cafe Grill a try. It’s tucked at the end of a typical strip mall — so you’re not going there for the vibe. Inside, it’s clean (which is always a plus), but a bit on the sterile side for my taste. Not the end of the world, just one man’s perspective. Service: Super friendly and welcoming. Looked like just one person was running the show — possibly the franchisee — and he handled everything smoothly and with a smile. What really stood out was how many regulars he clearly knew by name. In this day and age, that’s a rarity and such an important part of true hospitality. Food & Drinks: The food was very good. I had the Falafel Wrap, and the falafel itself was light, crispy, and well done. Overall, a solid job

An overlooked jewel. I admit that I don't get here nearly as much as I should. The food is always good and service quick. It is a no-mess, no-fuss take your order to your seat kind of place. It's peaceful and relaxing that isn't pretentious at all. The owner operator is friendly and it is easy to find. It's easy to park and access because it is on the end of the building Kroger is in. It's located directly behind the bank and across the road from Taco Bell, Sonic and the Dollar General. They have some cafe style seating outside for those beautiful days. It's a good idea to never go Krogering on an empty stomach because you know you will load up on chips and treats. So stop by first and grab a gyro plate. I like mine with Tabbouleh. This was a great Greek restaurant. The Chicken shawarma was very good. The Tabouli salad was delicious and refreshing. The food was made to order so it was hot. The only complaint was that the Baklava was very dry, almost crispy. It was still quite good, I just normally like more honey 🍯 on mine.

Owner came sprinting out of the store screaming at a family member for using their trash can to pick up a broken mug outside. Messed up. Would not recommend. Was not impressed by the vibe or hospitality the one time I ate there anyway.

Best Baklava and Grape leaves I’ve had in a long time!!!! Gyro plate was fresh and delicious! No photos cause I was too busy eating!!!
