Great Wall Chinese Restaurant

Just went to dinner with my family to Great Wall in North Branford and was surprised at how delicious and fresh the food was. The shrimp and broccoli was my favorite but all the food was great. I will definitely be going back

I ordered Sesame Chicken with pork fried rice, eggroll, and fried dumplings. This was the very blandest, most tasteless, mushy chinese food I have ever eaten. The pork fried rice was almost as white as plain rice and had no taste at all. The sesame chicken was gluey and all stuck together, and had zero sesame taste, and zero sesame seeds on it. The pork eggroll was like an oatmeal eggroll... the cabbage was somehow starchy and tasteless, and no pork was evident. The fried dumplings were mostly boiled and soft, with little flavor. This food was not good. Not good at all. I will not be ordering from this place again, and unless you like your food to taste like nothing with a layer of oil on it, I advise you not to order here either.

Do not eat here! the next morning (today) got really really sick. My friend who ordered food too also got sick as well.

The food here is aways so good coming from a Chinese person who doesn’t want to cook on hot days. When the place closed because of a fire my family was so sad. The reopened and the food is still amazing.

The food is amazing the best Chinese Take out you’ll find anywhere!
