Great Wall Chinese Restaurant

So we have been ordering from here for close to 35 years...lately its been horrible...we ordering delivery and the food has been super dry or overcooked...things thrown together. And most times inedible...we only called the last time , not asking for anything just letting them know . Today my husband ordered and thr chicken fingers came suoer dry and so hard that I almost broke a tooth. I called and all I was told was they will do better next time. I said look this is next time. Manager said he would take $3 off NEXT time. Nope we are good. There are other places to order from..you lost 35 + years of loyal customers....

Really great place it's the best Chinese food around to be honest. The general tso's chicken is crunchy and tender on the inside. The peak fried rice isn't greasy its very light. The broccoli is steamed and it's not slathered in sauce. The egg roll tasted great and again wasn't greasy at all. Light, fluffy, crunchy. Great all around and its fairly cheap. $10 for a lunch combo. Will eat here again for sure.

One of the worst experiences I had ordering from a food chain. I put an order through DoorDash and specifically put in the notes not to include onion on one of the orders due to someone being deathly allergic. I then called to make sure and I was put on hold to talk to a manager then hung up on. I called again and the phone was picked up and hung up again. I then called using my work phone and was told that the food was already in transit. When checked on DoorDash, my driver hasn't even arrived at the location yet. When the food arrived and the food was checked, onions were seen all in the rice. I attempted to call again and express my concern and I was hung up on for the third time. The reason that I rate this resteraunt 1 star is that they charge a "convenience fee". This is on top of expecting a "tip". This is highway robbery. As a USPS employee, I wonder how they would feel if we charged them a "convenience fee" to deliver their mail? This "convenience fee" is why they have lost my business.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Food tasted amazing, the environment was welcoming, and the service was incredible! ASTOUNDING presentation! I couldn’t wait to eat my meal! 5 stars for sure!⭐️
