Really thin, inexpensive sandwiches with very little meat - like my grandmother trying to stretch a dollar. I also pd $1.50 for "gluten free bread" that may be gluten free, but wasnt able to be used as bread. Really disappointed and it was more of a snack than lunch. the bag if chips was oddly large..But I paid $21.03 for just a sad sandwich and chips w tax and tip.
I been quite a few Great Harvest locations and this is by far the best. It is laid out well. Loved the friendly greeting and the free sample of breads. They had an extensive variety of breads and treats. Yes, even treats for the furry four legged family member. This place was very neat, tidy, and clean. I would definitely come back next time I am in the area.
Great breads, sandwiches, baked goods, soup mixes, seasonings, drinks! Bought more flavored balsamic vinegars when visiting for breakfast. Staff is knowledgeable, efficient, and cheerful. Popeye bread is my newest love! Bought some cinnamon swirl, of course, too. Love everything I've had there. Stop EVERY time I'm in Tempe.
Where to begin with this review… Great Harvest has a special spot in my mom’s heart since she franchised a bread bakery with her mom when she was young. With this location being the only Great Harvest in the entire state, you’d think it was be at the top of its game. My mom and I had the idea that we’d walk out with a good amount of bread loaves and even eat a delicious lunch while we were there. Unfortunately, their dessert and bread options for that day (we went on a Monday, St Patrick’s Day) weren’t that great. They had a gingersnap cookie, this coconut scone, and most of the emphasis was on their Irish soda bread (sot surprisingly because of the day we went lol). The cookie and scone flavors didn’t appeal to us. We were thinking of getting their oatmeal chocolate chip cookies which a
Rude service. Went in today, 11/10 at about 11am. The young woman with curly hair carried herself in such a way that made it seem like she was annoyed I was there. Very short. Started walking away from the point of sale before the transaction was even complete. The sandwich was fine but I would be very reluctant to return to this place despite its close proximity because of this behavior, and it made me eat elsewhere. There was a fella with a goatee that seemed like kind of a crank too. It always astounds me when people who work in the hospitality industry find it so difficult to BE HOSPITABLE. Strongly recommend speaking with or training the staff better in this regard.
