Great American Cookies

I highly recommend American Cookie company especially this location they went above and beyond to make my 7 year old daughter happy with her stranger things cake. Not to mention they made it happen within a few hours and did an amazing job looked fantastic and it was delicious. That's what customer service is all about. Great job guys. The store manager should be proud! 💜💜💜

I never get normal cookie cakes from them and I am never disappointed!! Thank you so much team for always trying your best with my orders. My husband was very happy.

Today I ordered 2 pieces of cookie cake to be delivered cause im at work and couldn't go pick it up and last time we did delivery it got here no issue at all... so I call when the website shows delivered and checked with the front and nothing was here. Was told "I needed to be patient because some one just picked it up 10 mins ago." Mind you I work less than 10 mins from the location.... so 20 mins go by and I call again and was made to be an inconvenience. The girl on the phone said to the manager "that girl is still saying she didnt get her order" and was told I could come get my order free of charge..... as if I didnt already pay for it.... WORST EXPERIENCE!

Always the birthday cookie for this family! It's good enough to know when you know a family member is willing to stay behind just to get the birthday cake in this case cookie cake to bring. And then to present daughters birthday to away games. Great taste of home and the best around!!!! Talk about a piece never left over,and one that I won't forget that. I never got a piece of when she turned 13 and now she has a driver's permit oh my goodness.
