Grandpa Sam's Italian Kitchen

A group of 8 of us has dinner at Grandpa Sam's on Wednesday night. Cute little Italian restaurant. The garlic bread and Italian bread with olive oil dip before the meal is worth going by itself! Everyone loved their entrees. I ordered Chicken French on escarole (they have pasta options too). That can be an iffy meal depending on how a restaurant makes the French sauce. This was delicious!! Light, not too thick. Really tender and moist. I would definitely order that again. Most meals are in the $20-30+ range. They have flights of wine or beer for $14. Food and service was out of this world,i can't believe this place wasn't packed got right in on a sat evening. Super fresh, The food was so good we all had to try eachothers dishes! Chicken parm, chicken French, parmesan haddock! Sydney was our server, absolutely amazing spot with generous portions. Highly recommend trying this place out!

Always a great experience here! I've never had a bad meal here because the food is always cooked perfectly and there are so many good options on the menu. The waiters are so kind and always make sure you have what you need/want. The service is also relatively quick even on weekends.

Had never been here before and don’t live anywhere near Spencerport, but found it while searching for a good ol’ fashion Rochester Italian restaurant. Food was okay, nothing that special, but the lobster Mac and cheese special they had was incredible, would go back for that alone. My family ordered the chicken parm and chicken French for dinner and both dishes had really tough chicken. Dessert was good, but the thing that was weird to me for this place is they have a full bar and “cocktail” menu, but don’t serve liquor. The only serve beer and wine and all of their “cocktails” are made with sake. If I was in the area I would eat here again but wouldn’t go out of my way.
